There is ample information about the benefits of diet, exercise and stress reduction for breast cancer patients. But how do you do it? Can it be fun? Dr. Kevin Mathews will review the recommendations for prevention and suggest ways for us to live life to its fullest. Dr. Kevin Mathews is Director of the Integrative Medicine Program at the Regional Cancer Center. He completed his Fellowship in Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona Health Sciences Center in 2002, where Dr Andrew Weil is Professor of Medicine and Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine.

The After Breast Cancer (ABC) Support Network, created by women who have had breast cancer, is a group that meets monthly and is dedicated to providing education, information and emotional support to those who are confronting the physical and emotional issues of breast cancer. The ABC Support Network is open to the public. It offers education, support, hope, and friendship to women at any stage of cancer.
