At Faxton St. Luke’s Healthcare’s Regional Rehabilitation Center, our whole purpose is to provide you with high-quality, compassionate and comprehensive medical rehabilitation.

Our team provides services at the St. Luke’s Campus, the Faxton Campus and at St. Luke’s Home. Each rehabilitation center employee works together with other members of the medical team to assure that you receive personalized, integrated care. Education is another critical component of your stay with us.
