To meet the healthcare needs of residents in Oneida and Herkimer Counties, Faxton St. Luke's Healthcare has eight Adirondack Community Physician medical offices located throughout the Mohawk Valley.

Our network of nearly 40 physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants provides excellent care to those in rural and suburban areas. Our practitioners provide physicals, general exams, health education, immunizations and more. They coordinate diagnostic testing and refer you to specialists when necessary.

Patient satisfaction survey results consistently place this group of highly skilled physicians, nurses and support staff in the 95-98 percentile when compared to similar healthcare institutions throughout the country.
